Tomorrow May 23rd Baccalaureate will be moved to 8:00pm. Following Baccalaureate we will hold a candle light vigil to honor Dax Burk in the courtyard memorial gardens on the south side of the high school.
It is with highest honor to announce Ella Wardlow as Hemlock High School’s Class of 2023 Valedictorian. Ella is the daughter of Joe and Michelle Wardlow. After graduation she will be attending the University of Michigan to major in biochemistry and human biology. Ella is a member of the National Honor Society and won the MSU Outstanding Junior Award. She has been a drum major for 2 years, varsity soccer captain for 2 years and has 4 varsity letters for soccer, basketball, volleyball and tennis. Congratulations Ella!

It is with highest honor to announce Alec Briggs as Hemlock High School’s Class of 2023 Salutatorian. Alec is the son of Dan and Danielle Briggs. After graduation he will be attending the University of Michigan and majoring in Engineering. Alec is a member of the National Honor Society, he is a senior class officer, an Eagle Scout and on the Student Council. He has also won the Chairman's Award. Congratulations Alec!
It is with honor to announce Samson Johnston as one of Hemlock High School's Top Honors students. Samson is the son of Caleb Johnston and Bethany Robison. After graduation Samson will be attending Michigan Technological University to major in Mechanical Engineering. Samson was voted most likely to succeed by his classmates and won the Distinguished Finalist Scholarship to Michigan Tech. Congratulations Samson!
It is with honor to announce Dawson Reidsma as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Honors students. Dawson is the son of Jason and Julie Reidsma. After graduation he will start his 3rd year of the Early Middle College program at Delta and then plans to major in business. Dawson has been a member of the National Honor Society for 2 years. He was in the Top Ten Saginaw County Golf Match, Top Ten Ithaca Invitational Golf Match and won the conference honorable mention for golf. Congratulations Dawson!
