2022 Senior Spotlight Haylee Near What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? Psychology because we did interactive projects, worked in groups, and it was the most interesting class I took. What activities have you participated in? I participated in volleyball for two years, spirit and art club for two, soccer for four, and did a lot of volunteering for Hemlocks soccer program outside of school. What are your plans for after graduation? After graduation I plan to work during the summer at my current job to save up for college, and then start classes next fall at Delta to become a dental hygienist.

2022 Senior Spotlight Alivia Puz What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? Junior Year Astronomy with Mr. Slate. I found very interesting and all the assignments were fun to work on. My favorite thing we learned about was all the stars. What activities have you participated in? My freshman year I played volleyball. I participated in Art Club and Spirit Club for two years and during my senior year I was apart of the yearbook staff. What are your plans for after graduation? Starting in the fall, I plan to pursue a degree in Sonography at Delta College to become a Ultrasound Technician.

2022 Senior Spotlight Kylie Kienitz What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? Art class because Mrs. Woodcock was always fun to hang out with and I was able to practice a skill that I love. What activities have you participated in? Art Club and Powerlifting What are your plans for after graduation? To serve in the United States Air Force, leaving June 14th, 2021.

2022 Senior Spotlight Cameron Deweese What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? English 12 with Mrs. Metiva because she is hilarious. What activities have you participated in? I have participated in the theatre program for two years and have been in band for four years. I am also a member of the National Honor Society. What are your plans for after graduation? I plan to finish the Early Middle College program and then transfer to a university to pursue an undecided major.

2022 Senior Spolight Aubry Morgan What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? US History, because I am fascinated with how the US came to be. What activities have you participated in? Band, Robotics What are your plans for after graduation? I'm going to Adrian College and after that I will be headed to the Army to be a pilot.

Soccer, Track, Band, and NHS What are your plans for after graduation? Attend WMU for Aerospace engineering.

2022 Senior Spotlight Madison Blue What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? Consumers math with Mrs. Bry because it has taught me so much about real world finances that I will need to use out of high school. What activities have you participated in? Soccer, basketball and volleyball What are your plans for after graduation? I plan on going to Delta for physical therapy program and then transferring to Eastern Michigan for a Bachelor and Masters in Athletic Training.

Soccer, basketball, NHS, Student Council, Art Club, Spirit Club, Yearbook, and Peer to Peer. What are your plans for after graduation? I'll be attending Liberty University to major in Elementary Education.

2022 Senior Spotlight Samantha Seidel What has been your favorite class at HHS? Why? My favorite class has been Advanced Chemistry. The people in my class made sure a single class was never dull. What activities have you participated in? Soccer, Theatre, and Basketball What are your plans for after graduation? I plan on attending Michigan State University to get my doctorate as a Sports Medicine Physician.

All of my English classes because all of the English teachers are fantastic, passionate and are all amazing at their jobs. What activities have you participated in? Student Council, class officers, band, theatre, soccer, culinary, Early Middle College What are your plans for after graduation? Continue Early Middle College, then transfer to go into psychology.

Ever since I took that class I wanted to be an accountant. What activities have you participated in? none What are your plans for after graduation? Full time for Shinners and Cook then hopefully college at Northwood University for accounting.
