Hemlock sophomores were given the opportunity to interview with local professionals. A special thanks to Shannon Muska, HSC, Kathy Beyer, Consumers Energy, Jamie RIvette, Yeo & Yeo, Don Hemgesberg, Hilary House, and Jill Asiala for helping to provide this experience to our students.
FUN EXPERIENCE AT HEMLOCK HIGH SCHOOL
Students from the Multimedia Class and a group of students from Ling Elementary came together to complete their book reviews using green screen technologies.
It is with honor to announce Jacob Shelagowski as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. Jacob is the son of Jeff and Darcie Shelagowski. After graduation he plans to major in finance and accounting. Jacob is a member of the National Honor Society and the recipient of the Saginaw County Outstanding Junior Award. He has played Varsity football for 2 years, Varsity basketball for 2 years and Varsity baseball for 3 years. Congratulations!

It is with honor to announce Derrick Young as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. Derrick is the son of Tammy and Robert Young. He will be starting his third year of the Early Middle College program after graduation. Derrick is also a member of the National Honor Society. He has played varsity football for 2 years and varsity golf for 3 years. Congratulations!

It is with honor to announce Lauren Prebay as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. Lauren is the daughter of Paul and Shelly Prebay. She will be attending Michigan State University to major in pre-veterinary after graduation. Lauren is a member of the National Honor Society and has been a Co-op at a veterinary office to gain knowledge of the field.
