Hemlock High School’s Early Middle College program has helped students get a head start on their future for more than a decade. Through our partnership with Delta College, eligible students can earn college credit—often at no cost—while receiving support right here on campus in the Reg Rye Learning Center.

As we prepare to expand our AP offerings in 2026–27, students will have even more ways to personalize their path.

Ms. Baldwin’s 2nd graders were busy learning the art of estimation this week. 📏 Using their own arm lengths, students estimated and measured their classroom in meters—turning math into a hands-on, full-body learning experience.

The Saginaw Career Complex opens doors for Hemlock students interested in agriculture, leadership, and community involvement. Through FFA, students grow skills in public speaking, teamwork, and service while gaining valuable agricultural knowledge. Hemlock Huskie History Fact 🕰️ Before vacuum cleaners were rolling across living room floors, Hemlock was already opening classroom doors.

Early motorized vacuum cleaners appeared in 1901—nearly 40 years after Hemlock Public School District began educating students in 1863.
