Hemlock Public School District is hosting, Meet the Candidates on Thursday, November 1st at 7 PM in the Board Room located at 200 Wilson Street. There are four board members running unopposed (Ellison, Rivette, House, and Messing) and two write-in candidates (Vollmer and Hoeppner) running for a single seat (two-year partial term).

Hemlock HS Student Leading Students supported the 9/11 Memorial event today at the Kroger Store in Saginaw. Each year on this day, Firemen, Police, EMS, and active duty military attend this memorial in honor of all those that sacrificed so much. Mrs. Mulvaney and the Hemlock SLS chapter received a recognition plaque for their many years of attendance at this memorial. Mrs. Mulvaney stated she appreciates all of our past and present SLS student participation. All of the first responders in attendance acknowledged our student's attendance and thanked them for their support. The students stood tall and respectively with our flag, they represented Hemlock School's with exceptional pride
