Please join us in celebrating Adelia Breternitz, daughter of Susan Breternitz, on being named one of our Top 12 Honor Students!

Adelia has made the most of her high school experience through both academic and extracurricular excellence. She has performed in four theater productions, showcasing her talent and dedication to the arts. She is also the recipient of an Academic Excellence Award and has taken on the challenge of participating in the Early Middle College Program through Delta College, demonstrating her commitment to going above and beyond in her education.

And of course, she proudly holds the title of her grandparents’ “unofficial” favorite grandchild — a well-earned honor we’re sure comes with lots of love and support!

After graduation, Adelia will complete her 13th year at Delta College and plans to major in Engineering, continuing her hard work and academic journey.

We are so proud of Adelia’s accomplishments and can’t wait to see what she achieves next. Congratulations, Adelia!

Please join us in celebrating Victoria Hauffe, daughter of Kurt and Lana Hauffe, on being named one of our Top 12 Honor Students!

Victoria has made an extraordinary impact both academically and athletically throughout her high school career. She serves as Student Council Vice President and is a proud member of the National Honor Society, demonstrating leadership and dedication to her school community.

On the court, Victoria’s accomplishments are nothing short of remarkable. She is Captain of the Girls Varsity Basketball Team, has scored 1,000+ career varsity basketball points, is a 3-time Tennis Regional Champion and State Qualifier, and was part of a Division 3 Basketball State Championship team. She was also crowned Homecoming Queen, a testament to the respect and admiration she has earned from her peers.

After graduation, Victoria will be attending the University of Michigan to major in Business. We are excited to see her continue to lead and succeed at the next level!

Allie has made a lasting impact on our school community. She helped launch Hemlock High School’s first Girls Golf Team, paving the way for future student-athletes and demonstrating incredible leadership and initiative.

She is also a 2025 Regional Champion for Varsity Tennis, a member of the 2025 Homecoming Court, and a proud member of the National Honor Society — accomplishments that highlight her dedication both on the court and in the classroom.

After graduation, Allie will be attending Michigan State University to pursue a degree in Accounting. We are excited to see all she will accomplish in this next chapter!

Rylee’s accomplishments reflect incredible leadership, innovation, and dedication. She is a FIRST Robotics Dean’s List Regional Award Winner, served as Lead Scout for Hemlock’s Gray Matter, and has mentored middle school robotic students.

Academically, Rylee is a recipient of the MSU Outstanding Junior Award, a member of the National Honor Society, and a leader in the band program, serving as both Section Leader and Captain. Her ability to balance academics, leadership, and extracurricular involvement is truly impressive.
