Hemlock Powerlifting had a great first meet this past Saturday at Millington. The team had a record best 11 total lifters compete. For the girls, all 8 finished in the Top 10 in their respective weight classes, with Emma Jaremba taking 1st place with a lift total of 565. All 3 boys finished in the Top 8 with Gabe Messing taking 3rd with a lift total of 1125. The next Powerlifting competition will be February 8th at Croswell-Lexington.
