Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies.
Earlier this season, our volleyball team dedicated a match to mental health awareness, showing support for the B4 Foundation. The team wore teal and purple ribbons as a sign of unity and support and helped raise $177 for the cause.
Let’s continue to stand together for mental health.

🏌️♀️ Exciting news from Hemlock Athletics! The girls golf team finished 5th in the TVC Conference in their inaugural season and just missed qualifying for States as a team, placing 4th at Regionals today. 🌟
But congratulations to freshman Maylin Buckley, who punched her ticket to the State Tournament at Ferris State University next weekend as an individual! 🎟️👏.
