We are thankful for the quick response of the Richland Township Police Department and Fire and Rescue in addressing a downed power line in front of Hemlock High School. As a precaution, we have discontinued activities across the district for this evening. We are hopeful that Consumers Energy will have this repaired before school tomorrow. We will review the situation at approximately 5:30 AM tomorrow morning. Stay safe, everyone.

🐾 JoLynn and her huskie pal Hazel embarked on an educational and thrill-seeking summer adventure! They kicked off their week at the Steelers Training Camp in Latrobe, PA, where they snagged autographs, pictures, and front-row seats to watch the team take the field for their first practice of the season.
Next, they visited the Flight 93 Memorial near Shanksville, PA. JoLynn and Hazel approached the somber site with respect, taking in the Tower of Voices and the Wall of Names, and asking thoughtful questions about the stories behind this heart-wrenching Memorial.
They wrapped up their week with a visit to Hersheypark, meeting Hershey Kiss and Reese's Cup, riding roller coasters and exploring Chocolate World. This #Huskietastic trip was one for the books!
