It's official! Thanksgiving break has begun! Enjoy your time off Huskies and we will see you all back on Monday!
Today, our students got to put their “math skills” to the test… on their teachers! 😆 🎉💰 All week long, students dropped spare change into the buckets, and each coin meant our teachers had to count it before starting class.
The result? Lots of laughs, lots of counting, and definitely a few delayed lessons! 🪙🪙🪙

The BrainSTEM 10180 Robotics team had an incredible competition at the Flint qualifier last Saturday! We were chosen to be alliance partners in the playoffs by team 27242, the Linden Electric Eagles. After qualifying matches we ended up ranked 13th out of 36 teams, then our alliance battled our way to a third place finish in the playoffs.
Thank you to the Linden Electric Eagles and everyone that followed along on the Twitch stream! Our next competition is Sunday, November 23rd at Midland High School.

It's COLOR WAR time! Grab that t-shirt or sweatshirt out of the closet (or dirty clothes), add in some extra of your class colors and head to school tomorrow. The students will the most class spirit will get put into a drawing for a special treat and bragging rights. Everyone dressed up will add points to their overall class cup!
Delay Week starts TOMORROW! Bring in all your loose change and add it to the class can you want delayed. Let's see which teacher can get the most classes with the slowest start this week. Ready, Set, DELAY!!

Four exceptional students from Hemlock Middle School were selected to place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. Despite the cold and windy conditions, they were guided by the sentinels and granted access to exclusive areas typically off-limits to the public. This extraordinary opportunity allowed them to honorably represent the Huskies with dignity and respect, showcasing their commitment to tradition and excellence. Their participation reflects the values and pride of our school community.

It was another amazing day of fun and memories for the Class of 2030 in Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸 From exploring Little Round Top at Gettysburg to one of our students being chosen by the Queen and the Knight at Medieval Times 🏰—it was a day full of excitement, laughter, and unforgettable moments! ❤️
Our 8th graders are having an unforgettable time in Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸 From exploring historic landmarks to making lifelong memories with their classmates, it’s been an amazing experience so far. We can't wait to hear about all the adventures from this special trip!
Our Huskies brought their creativity to life today with some incredible costumes! From spooky to silly, our students are showing off their Halloween spirit.
