High School Pom- If you’re interested in trying out for Varsity Poms, tryouts will be March 4th-8th from 5:30-7:30. March 4th is at the Ling Elementary gym and the rest of the tryout days will be held at the High School gym. There is a sign-up sheet in the office.

Penny Wars- Help your grade win an ice cream party!! Each grade has a bucket, bring in your pennies to increase your chances to win. Dollar bills and silver change will be counted as a negative amount (this is to sabotage the other grades) to decrease their totals. The WAR will end Friday, March 1st. The money raised will benefit the CAN Council of Saginaw.

Hemlock 6th grade girls played in a last minute Presidents Day tournament at the Cage in Swartz Creek on Saturday. They came in second place and represented the Huskies well! Congrats girls!

Congratulations to Chayton Ross, who qualified for the K of C Spelling Bee State Championships Sunday by finishing second. Chayton is the two - time defending state champ and is going for a three-peat!
