Dr. Pamela Pugh, President of the Michigan State Board of Education spent time with our students sharing stories and helping inspire a love of reading. It was a wonderful opportunity for our Huskies to connect with a guest reader and celebrate the joy of books together!

After their field trip to see Pout-Pout Fish on the big screen yesterday, Ms. Little’s 2nd graders brought the story to life by creating their own Pout-Pout Fish sculptures!

A big thank you to Mrs. Woodcock, our Middle School and High School art teacher, for sharing her time, talent, and guidance with our students. 💙

We may have missed National Duck Day… but no worries — we declared our own celebration on “Make Up Your Own Holiday Day!” 😂 These creative friends turned potato chips into duck bills and couldn’t stop quacking with laughter! Sometimes the best moments are the ones you make up as you go.
