Last night’s 2nd & 3rd grade holiday concerts were absolutely wonderful! 🎶 Our students did an amazing job—singing their hearts out and spreading so much holiday cheer. With indoor recess, the fun didn’t stop—games were played (even Mr. Snider jumped in!), and our 1st graders in Mrs. K’s class got creative making Elf Traps for their classroom elf, Elfie 🎄

Ever seen kids code kindness? 💡✨ Our 3rd graders created Gratitude Spinners in STEAM after learning about the ways that gratitude can help the brain. They teamed up to write an algorithm so that the spinner stops on its own and a light flashes toward a suggestion for how to show thanks in small ways throughout the week.

K.C. Ling Elementary is in need of Ziploc bags (sandwich size) and bottled water. These items are used daily—especially the bottled water for students who may forget their water bottles at home.
