Hemlock High School's staff member of the month is Administrative Assistant Jamie Galbraith.

Mrs. Galbraith attended St. Peter Lutheran school in Hemlock through 8th grade. In 1998, she joined the Huskie pack as a freshman at Hemlock High School. While she was a student, Jamie was very active in sports and extracurricular activities and was even a member of the Homecoming court her senior year in 2002. Following high school, she attended Delta College earning an Associate's degree as an office professional. After college, she worked at Spicer Engineering before coming back to the Huskie pack in 2008.

Mrs. Galbraith lives in Hemlock with her husband and high school sweetheart Charlie and their two children, Grady and Bo  (both are students at Hemlock Middle School). When asked about her time at Hemlock Jamie stated, “I have several great memories of Hemlock High. I feel like I get to relive a lot of them everytime I walk down the halls, but one of the best would definitely be scoring three goals against Swan Valley in girls soccer. What I love about Hemlock is the family atmosphere. I get to work with some really great people and they make the day more enjoyable. I also feel like our district is one of the best around when it comes to facilities and offerings for our kids. I can honestly say I am proud to work here and be a part of HPSD's exciting future.”

“Jamie has been such a huge part of not only the success of Hemlock Athletics, but HPSD as a whole. It is nice to see her get the recognition she deserves for doing an amazing job behind the scenes. Without Mrs. Galbraith as a staple of our athletic department, we would not be where we are today. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and caring person,” said Athletic Director Cory Snider.

Thank you Mrs.Galbraith for being a leader in our pack. #pullthesled
