We are blessed to live and learn in such a wonderful community. The team here at Hemlock Public School District is filled with difference makers. It is a privilege to share some of the exciting things going on in our school district.

Innovative District of the Year 2022
Hemlock Public School District was selected by the State of Michigan's premier Education Technology Association as the Innovative District of the Year for 2022. As a district, we are honored by this acknowledgment and recognize that this is a moment in time snapshot and that we need to continue leading the way with innovation, collaboration, and education.

Strategic Plan 3.0
This fall, the school district went through a strategic planning process and updated our strategic plan with several opportunities for community engagement and dialogue. Click here to access our current plan.

Hall of Fame
The district has a rich history of honoring individual accomplishments and contributions over the years, but this will add another opportunity. It is impressive to see how many alumni of Hemlock High School have gone on to accomplish big things along with those that give of their time, energy, and efforts to make the school a better place for students. No Tax Increase, May 3rd ballot initiative
To learn more about this tax-neutral initiative, Hemlock Public School District voters can go to hemlockbond.com. Also, Over the next couple of months, the district intends to host a series of informal meetings to help inform stakeholders and show how this will impact the school district and community. Here at Hemlock Public School District, we continue to press forward and offer unparalleled educational opportunities. The team here is simply second to none from our support staff, teachers, building principals, and directors all working together. Moving forward in 2022, we have a bigger and bolder vision for our school district and our students. We have worked hand in hand with our stakeholders in crafting our strategic and master plan; like pages of a good novel, these future pages of our story are meant to be read.
