The Hemlock School Board of Education announces the adoption of a limited School of Choice policy for the 2024-2025 academic year. This progressive step reflects the increasing demand for the exceptional education and opportunities that Hemlock Public School District offers. Recognizing the growing interest from families outside the district, Hemlock will open two enrollment windows, offering a unique opportunity for students who are not district residents to benefit from our distinguished educational programs.
This limited School of Choice initiative is designed to accommodate families seeking the quality and excellence that Hemlock schools are known for, while still maintaining our commitment to small class sizes and individualized attention.

Families interested in enrolling their children under this policy should be aware of the two designated enrollment periods. The first window that applications will be accepted is March 8th through the 22nd, with the second window opening on July 29th and running through August 12th.
