Mrs. Bishop, grew up and graduated from Chesaning and currently resides in New Lothrop.  She is happily married to her husband, John, who is an electrician and a farmer.  They have 3 children, Paul (5), and twins, Lydia and Eliza. (6 months).

Middle School Principal Mr. Chase said, "Mrs. Bishop is a top-notch educator with many years of experience.  We are proud to welcome our newest Huskie!”

Dana is a graduate of Central Michigan University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  She has 15 years of teaching experience in Mid-Michigan.

In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, and loves to travel.  She has visited many of the 50 States and has traveled abroad to places such as France, Germany, Poland, and Italy.  Her favorite place to visit is Washington D.C. because of all the museums and sites that are a part of our American culture.
