Hemlock Public School District Board of Education regularly honors individuals or groups for outstanding work and /or contributions to student success. This past month was no different.
The Board of Education honored the following at their October Meeting:
- Building Principals: Lori Gensch, Terry Keyser, and Keith Green (National Principals Month).
- Parent, Miranda Bierman
- Support Staff, Stephanie Baker and Irene Sensabaugh
- Social Worker, Erica VanAlst
- Teacher, Tiffany Green
Nominations were made by colleagues for their outstanding support, care and guidance to staff, students, and our buildings.
All recipients graciously accepted the honor in the presence of fellow support staff, teachers, administrators, students, and community members in attendance at the Board meeting.
Hemlock Board of Education President Dr. Ellison noted, "These dedicated school and community members are what make Hemlock a great place to be! Every month I look forward to recognizing their service.”
Superintendent Don Killingbeck, said, “This is one way we try to acknowledge the hard work and efforts of our employees. I would encourage everyone to nominate someone who goes above and beyond for recognition.”
