Hemlock, MI - Hemlock High School hosted award-winning artist Beacon Light to Hemlock. Beacon Light is a Hip-Hop artist from Grand Rapids, MI. His music varies from hard-hitting 808s and creative wordplay, to poetic lyricism. He openly shares his faith in Christ in his music.
Beacon spoke to the students about being the best you, you can be, and not allow others to define who you are. He shared with the students his personal story and performed many of the award-winning songs from his albums.
Beacon entertained the students of Hemlock and promoted a message of resiliency. Thank you to Beacon Light, to Garber Chevrolet, and the Mid-Michigan Chevrolet dealers for providing this opportunity to the students of Hemlock.
