Hemlock Public School District Prepares Drivers for Inclement Weather

Hemlock Public School District is preparing their bus drivers for safe driving in inclement weather by participating in training from Michigan Center for Truck Safety from Lansing, MI (a non-profit organization.)

This free opportunity will give drivers a training seminar on a simulator in the case of inclement weather.

Transportation Director Carolyn Donoghue stated, “This is a great opportunity for my drivers and the safety of our students. I am grateful to this company to come and train us on the simulator to prepare us for the upcoming winter weather months.”

Superintendent Killingbeck said, “You can never be too prepared, we want to ensure that our drivers are ready for winter."
