Hemlock Soccer Field Lighting Project Saginaw Community Foundation Grant Awarded

Hemlock Public Schools was recently granted $8,000 from the Saginaw Community Foundation-Dow Corning Donor for the Hemlock Soccer Lighting Project.

“The donation from the Saginaw Community Foundation will assist Hemlock Public Schools with a much-needed electrical upgrade to their soccer complex.” said Joseph Wardlow, parent and soccer coach.  “With installed lighting to the field and improved access to the facility, this project will pave the way for an expanded recreational league, and open doors for tournament hosting that were previously closed.”

Hemlock Public School is grateful for the assistance from the Saginaw Community Foundation for the wonderful opportunities this will bring to our community.

The Saginaw Community Foundation awards grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, local units of government, and religious institutions.
